Whats’s in a Day…
It all begins in a beautiful family home in the relaxing Norfolk countryside, with fields and gardens stretching out around you, we invite you into this home in the hopes of healing your heart. The day will begin at 10.00am, where our specialist and workshop leader Louise will introduce herself and talk through the runnings of the day.
Our main focuses throughout the day is helping you to relax and be completely open in ‘Letting go and moving on’, ‘Soothing your soul’, ‘Calming your mind’ and at the end of the day we hope you will be ‘Moving on with a clearer perspective of life’.
We aim to do this through an array of different activities, from guided meditation to creative upcycling, our main priority is creating a space where you can come to terms with who you are and how you can improve. Essentially we want to help and teach you how to better yourself so that you can leave this workshop feeling kind and fulfilled.

Location
Caistor Lane, Norwich
Tynedale house was built in 1950, with beautiful open windows, a lavish garden and country home aesthetics. In 2020 we moved in and it has become a safe haven for my family and a place for me to practice kindness.
Everything is reclaimed, free or secondhand as I'm a big believer in recycling and reusing and also have a love of upcycling which will come in handy in our retreats.

FAQs
-
Nothing, just yourself! All we ask is that you wear comfortable clothing for our meditation sessions. Apart from that we aim to have everything you could need.
-
Yes there is parking!
-
Unfortunately, no. Due to the layout of the house and the use of the garden throughout the day I am afraid this retreat wouldn’t be suitable for wheel chair users.
-
Sort of… I am afraid the session is not suitable for small children, we accept children from the age of 15 and above.
